buster mixed use

While employed with Domestic Architecture with lead designer/owner Roy McMakin, Tracy was project manager for this unique and wonderfully scaled mixed use project. Buster Mixed Use consisted of a french restaurant, duplex, a retail space, a 2-story detached storage space and a detached studio. The restaurant was situated in the 1st floor storefront, extending under the duplex porch stairs, continuing throughout the existing residence Basement, providing interesting ceiling planes with varying degrees of intimate spaces. The design concept was a modern approach to a traditional french aesthetic, consistent with owner's menu concept.
