Small in form but generous in possibility, this 264 sf main floor with an 87 sf loft offers flexibility for a variety of uses—tiny home, guesthouse, office, craft room, or exercise space. The main level is efficiently organized to include a kitchen, bathroom, and living area with room for a dining nook and a sleeper sofa. Storage is thoughtfully integrated with a clothes closet, linen closet, and built-in shelving. The loft, accessed by ladder, comfortably accommodates a full-size bed and additional shelving.

Designed for flexibility of environment such as access, privacy, views, and grading. This project was completed while working with Alexandra Immel Residential Design. The design can easily accommodate increasing in scale and square feet.
