The Dyppezone is located within one of the many harbour baths located in Copenhagen. Starting in the 90's Copenhagen committed to the long term goal of cleaning its polluted harbour. The enormous task included modernizing the sewage system, developing a new rainwater runoff system, and cleaning the port sediment. Currently water is carefully monitored, with the results available on an app for swimmers. The Dyppezone is a modular moveable unit with an adjustable bottom floor, designed by MAST. The surrounding area includes a sauna, changing rooms, bathrooms, kayak rentals, exercise sculpture and an extensive array of walkways and ramps to explore.
